This form is designed for couples in a secure relationship, whether married or not, and which will allow you to send us information we need to prepare both of your Wills.

Please note that you will both be asked to complete information about yourselves as a couple and as individuals. The form will identify who is to answer the question, or whether either party can answer.

There are some compulsory questions and these are noted as "(Required)".

There is guidance within the form to help you along.

There are 9 Sections. Each Section has a General or Additional Comments field at the end. This allows you to enter anything you want, and you should feel free to use this if you have any doubts or are unsure about what is being asked in the earlier parts of the Section.

If you need to take a break, you can do so by clicking the Save and Continue Later button which appears at the bottom of each page and you will receive an email with a link to allow you to resume where you left off. Your answers will all be saved automatically.

When you have completed the form, click the SUBMIT button on the last page (Section 9 – Any Other Matters). You will see an acknowledgement of the submission which will be securely and confidentially received by us.

By using this Couples Online Wills Instruction Form, we will prepare draft Wills for you and we will be in touch to finalise these with you and to arrange to sign.

Please note that until you have signed your Wills (with two witnesses who are not beneficiaries of the Wills) your new Wills will not be valid.
