Chloe is our friendly and approachable Legal Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and supporting the smooth operation of a busy legal practice. Coming from a Customer Service background and completing her Legal Executive Studies in 2025 she understands the importance of both the work that we do, and that our clients feel welcome and supported throughout the important moments in their lives.
With strong organisational skills and a professional manner, Chloe is often the first point of contact for clients and understands the importance of creating a positive experience. She enjoys assisting clients, coordinating appointments, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the wider team to ensure matters progress efficiently.
Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to build positive relationships, Chloe takes pride in helping clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their interactions with the firm.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending quality time with her partner and family and is actively involved in the local Rock ‘n’ Roll community, where she teaches dance and shares her passion with others. She values the connection that both family life and teaching bring and enjoys helping others develop confidence and new skills.
